They may free style but they obviously have a offensive foundation that is based on ball and player movement. You can't just free style that with no coaching otherwise, Mark Jackson would have a ring or the Lakers wouldn't be so bad offensively.

my nikka it aint duke tango announcing while the professor, ao, and hot sauce do what they please. they clearly use an offshoot of the triangle offense with all that damn ball movement (imo)

Who do you think was behind maximizing the chemistry you see? Who do you think was behind all the ball and player movement (when they relied on an iso-based system under Jackson)? Who do you think was behind one of the greatest closing lineups in history? Who do you think was behind Barnes and Draymond having star roles? Who do you think was behind managing all the players' roles? Who do you think was behind this squad having one of the best regular season records of all time?

why are people willing to give kerr credit but walton?

Because the credit that Walton 'deserves' is different to the coach who designed this system, managed the specific lineups and put everything into place for this squad to grow and win a title. Not to mention Walton has already mentioned he speaks to Kerr everyday, so it isn't like he's not having any input whatsoever. In saying all that, the Warriors' record this season should be under Walton's name - he at the very least deserves that.

Kerr deserves credit for the rotations and bringing in the right assistant coaches...but everything else .

You can't give Kerr that much credit when Curry goes and takes pull up 3s waay behind the line and can make it. He's on Mike Brown with the Cavs and Spo with the Heat level until proven otherwise.
