Cars...I used to think clothes but quality clothes are really worth the money

I think cars and clothes are similar at the end of the day, they both are forms of self expression. If you’re into cars you customize it and switch stuff up just like you would an outfit. I enjoy both and they both got the same thought processes. I think a lot of stuff with cars is skewed anyway tho cuz most of the flexing is done about the expensive shyt but if you really into cars the price doesn’t matter. I can get just as much of a kick off a pulley swap on a $1500 Grand Prix GTP as I can with a CAI on a brand new Raptor. Price and how new it is doesn’t matter as much specs and modding, I’m giving as much props to a breh pulling up in a showroom clean 87 Hurts Cutty as I would a breh coming down in a new AMG GLE 63.

Material possessions don't impress me. I'm more impressed by the hard work people put in to actually afford those things.

A large amount of options in here I do not agree with, as I have sampled some of them to some extent:

1st Class - I haven't flown 1st class, but went business class and it's miiiiiiiiles ahead of flying within cattle class. Just being able to literally stretch your legs out for the whole plane right > *, any type of drink or food whenever you want, free headphones, toiletries, etc. The list goes one

Foreign whips. I'm european, so it's kinda biased, but sitting in a big body Benz is something else man

Watches. Now I have a Breitling which is around £4k. I chose this watch because it's one of the more reasonably priced Swiss chronometer watches out there. When you learn about horology, then you'll start to admire watches. The crazy ones that cost thousands, are on another level - and I am not a huge fan of Rolex as it moved from being a good watch company to a status symbol. I bet most people don't even know if they have a mechanical, automatic or Quartz watch

Food/Restaurants: again its more about the dining experience, the chef and quality of food. Someone posted the plate of fish and some veggies, and said it will cost $8 to make. But you have no idea how fresh the fish is, local produce, etc. Whilst I'll still not pay hundreds for it, sometimes its not just as simple as face value

Unfortunately, with the finer things in life, there are sometimes where paying more gets you more, but to a certain extent

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
The entire planet and everything on it.

We are all insignificant.

Earth is a tiny spec in the vastness of our own galaxy let alone the universe. We as humans cant even travel outside our own solar system.

We are forever trapped in the 3rd dimension.

Humans have been around for a couple hundred thousand years on a planet that was formed over 4 billion years ago. Our life expectancy is laughably low compared to the rest of the universe.

Yet we think we're special.

Designer clothes and shoes; and "labels" in general tbh. I never understood the fascination. I remember being a kid/teen and how it was straight pandemonium at my school(s) whenever the new J's or whatever trendy shyt dropped. I'd be in stores looking at the prices and just think shyt, me and my friends could go to Six Flags for this price.

nikkas walk around sagging yet wearing $500 Gucci belts. bytches with barely $5 to their name tryna flex with $300 wallets shoved into $1000 handbags. I just don't get it. I mean shyt even if you can comfortably afford it the shyt still seems like a waste to me.

Don't get me wrong, I GET that there's a correlation between cost and quality (to an extent), but past a certain price point you really are just paying for the name.

Caviar

A friend of mine was trying to get fancy last week and made a cute little set up with caviar, smoked salmon and some sauce he made. He's like "I do this at least once a week." Yeah I'm sure you do.:funny:

Anyway, I appreciated the effort but the caviar was just okay. He had a baby food sized jar that he said cost about $30.

I can’t really say there is an expensive item out there that doesn’t impress me because there are variations of luxury that caters to different demographic even within the same brands. Most of the luxury items we see celebrities with, to me, are low hanging fruit. Most celebrities, especially black celebrities, come from nothing so they really haven’t had the time to develop exceptional taste that would come from having been around the block more than once. So what we see is basically shyt that no taste having ass nikkas would have. Posters have named watches, cars, clothes, but there are items from each I would be impressed with if they were tasteful and understated.

Almost everything expensive. Especially all of the stuff that people buy to impress other people that couldn't give a shizzit about them.
Chief culprits - everything you see of your typical IG-faker's timeline.
