Being a SneakerHead at a young age - I was a video gamer so steez was getting the latest games & having 1 pair of "oh those are cool" sneakers a year that I subsequently destroyed by wearing every day.
Pokemon - shyt seemed corny to me.
Acting like light skin was better - I always though black was black. My mother was dark skin too, so I loved dark skin women as a preference.
Everything from Iceberg/Coogi - Evisu - A young dude in Old Brooklyn just trying to save my money up, shyt never translated as a status symbol to me.
