I mostly do goblet squats, Romania deadlift, and dumbell step-ups(those are HELL!!!!) for leg/glutes workouts


Did I mention the dumbell step-ups are hell!!!

And as much faith as I lost in Tanny, I gotta give him a lil bit of credit for doing what he's been doing in crunchtime, and with a depleted O-Line. I still have plenty of doubts about his cerebral abilities. But he's White, so he'll always get that pass.
