Daniels - No comparison, actual police who looked out for his people
Bunny- He got the short end of things. By creating Hamsterdam, it was a huge middle finger to all the top brass. He truly was trying to make a difference

Probably Sobatka. Dude was a jerk. Can't believe he got Major at the end.
Rawls was a neccessary evil for a city that has over 200 homicides. If you worked your cases he'd leave you alone. But get under his skin like McNulty and he's your enemy
