i've learned that my MARRIED COWORKERS are miserable....either drysnitching on themselves to me or sleeping with anything at the job

i've learned that my BOSS is a emotionally unstable COKEHEAD who has zero leadership skills

i've learned that all my white coworkers are a bunch of insecure underachieving crakkkers with a bigoted mindstate ....mad cause they have to compete with "negroes" like me

i've learned that my mexican cleaning lady finds black like myself "amusing" but finds the white boys "responsible"

i've learned that n1ggaz live to compete with each other and partly explains why we have no blacks in upper management

i've learned that a 56 year old female coworker of mine whom has been "flirty" with me has hair on her cleavage

i've learned that PIZZA PARTIES are condescending "hustles" to brainwash dumb workers into thinking that the company "cares"

i've learned to be MEDICORE in everything i do at the job...cause being "highly productive" gets you used and abused and put on the radar where u can't slip (no room for error)

and i've just learned all the good potato chips is 90 cents and the sodas in the vending machine done went up to a 1.45 :dead:

i've learned how to steal office accescories, toilet tissue and paper towels and pizza slices from random employees lunches......

If i learned one thing since entering the work force 10 years ago, is that a lot of people choose to learn shyt the hard way. I always find myself talking to someone who regrets not listening to their elders and people in the know, and as a consequence they're stuck at where they are now. I always hear people tell me not to make the same mistakes too.

I learned that most people don't have a hobby outside of work. I can understand why someone with a family or kids can't invest time into a hobby, but when you're single and young, what's stopping you from having one?

The observation @Prynce made about bad hygiene is on point too, some people just don't give a fukk when they come to work.

Off topic, but not really.... People really treat you differently based on what car you drive. I live in Europe and I drive a Chevy Malibu. Nothing fancy, but over here it's a foreign car. People don't generally notice me when I'm driving tho. Recently my car broke down and I borrowed my home girls 2014 charger. I swear, people waved at me. People would let me go first in traffic. People watched me wherever I went. Well, I had to give it back of course. I had to borrow my other friend's car, which is like a beat up 94 eclipse. I call it the sweat stain because it looks old and stinky. You can guess how people treat me now. Seriously, people look at me with utter disgust when I drive that thing, and that's if they notice me at all lol. shyt is like night and day. It's a fun little social experiment.

One of my jobs the majority of the people are intellectuals and I can't keep up.

My second job is filled with many :flabbynsick: males. My boss is black and acts like a coli member, he's really cool and chill too.

A lot of my cac co-workers are pro Trump...

-many whites are incredibly lazy
-many whites stand around just watching black people. numerous times daily i'll be doing something like checking work emails and I get up from my chair and white people make eye contact then damn near run from behind me. Sometimes I can see them in the reflection on the screen:russ: and I hit em with the :youngsabo: they be like

Two straight up gems

They give workers cookies, pizza, sodas etc which costs max 0.5% of what they'll earn off these sheep in a day to really make people think 'wow this is awesome, at my last job we only got cookies!'. It really distracts workers from the reality that they are being played and completely underpaid.

The second point I never even considered but it explains so much about why I always get negative feedback even though I work my azz off. And I see peers who are semi-effective at what they do getting promoted.
This is definitely true.

:salute:
