That man was out on the corner, dressed and singing at what looks like morning time, and still had time to escort his partner across the street and tend to someone in a car accident. This is southern hospitality at its best.
I've only been to NOLA and that was mainly during Mardi Gras, but I had not considered I could experience enjoyment in other parts of Louisiana as well. Is it always this live in Baton Rouge, or does it get even better in the summertime?
