I was actually gonna make a thread on this. Can you link a few because I'm naturally skinny right but when I work out and eat alot I gain muscle and body mass. I've tried to be vegan and lost weight. It reflected in my workouts as well as my body. I recently started back eating meat, cheese, whole wheat bread etc and I'm back to gaining again. From my experience it seems impossible to gain on a vegan diet, unless, you are taking supplements etcYou know it's nikkas that bodybuild on a vegan diet right? That nikka just wasn't eating enough to begin with. Yeah fukk your colon and lower intestine up with all that meat.
No mention of him not sleeping or the fact that he was only eating one time for the day.
