Yeah, I decided I was done smoking & vaping for a minute, mostly because of the morning brain fog & poor quality sleep. I've since switched to liquid THC, and it's been much better in terms of less brain fog & just feeling better in the AM. Might be worth a shot.
The smoke & vape specifically dries my nasal passage out and makes my eyes dry & irritated. It's the worst feeling in the AM...adds a lot to the grogginess... and the only way I could stop it was by pounding water right before bed (not ideal) and/or taking eyedrops. Seemed very crackheadish to need that kind of routine.
Since liquid THC also takes a little longer than smoking to "hit" (like 45 mins), it's also something you kind of have to schedule in. I noticed my nights would get away from me as that higher potency THC would just turn me stupid instantly...making poor go to bed vs. stay up reading wikipedia for 3 hours decisions.
