Thinking about cutting my dreads

Hairline not looking right anymore. These are my second set of dreads. My first set I had them almost 3 years and had not problem when I cut them. Hairline was . This was when I was 19. The ones I got now will be 4 years in October (inshallah). I don't wan't to cut them if my hairline won't grow back . Im only 24. If I was 30 and this started happening I wouldn't care .

I only wash it when Its time to get re-twisted. I washed it 2 days ago but it is usually every 2 months
