Move wherever you want to move, but I would definitely advise that you visit the place first. And you need to do an extended visit, rather than just that weekend shyt.

If you are from the South then you should be able to handle Mississippi pretty easily, but you would notice right away that Mississippi is poorer overall than pretty much all of the other Southern States except for places like Louisiana, Arkansas and Alabama. If you are from the North and are moving to Mississippi and you don't have any family ties to Mississippi; then get ready for a fukking culture shock.

You might love Mississippi, but you will not know unless you give yourself a chance to find out. If you hate Mississippi then turn right around and move your ass right back out.

Like i said, i got family from there... But im so different from everyone down south that i dont really even fukk with them or care anymore .

If they need something im there, but fam from Ms., La., and country bumpkin towns in between i cant even relate to anymore...

Mississippi is literally the blackest state in America. Jackson is one of the blackest cities in the country

Seriously I'm kinda amazed how white folks down here in Mississippi live amongst so many of us black folks. White folks ain't living amongst black folks like that in Cali and other major cities I've been to.
