I visit there a lot cause my dad and his side of the family is from there. winter is long there also but not as long. id definitely consider it for you over san antonio. or one of the surrounding cities like colorado springs

I lived there for 7years and I somewhat agree about it being a "Mexican" city. Their culture is everywhere from the food too the architecture. The eastside is pretty much nikkas and Mexicans but that's the hood. I stayed over off of Walzem by Roosevelt HS (NE side, The Glen) the whole time I was there. shyt is getting bad from what my nikkas tell me, as far as crime, but yeah to sum it up I wouldn't move bank to SA though it's the most beautiful city I've lived in and the women are stunning
