I live by helotes and work by the quarry. We can link up :ehh: just don't be all militant

I'm prob a c00n by some people standards on her even tho I'm a big black guy with a shaved head who likes Malcolm X. :stopitslime:

I gotta go to Helotes after work to train MMA a few hours.

I'm the alamo city king...if you have any questions ask me and me alone

Word. Was I spot on about my assessments here? This is coming from a dude who has lived in Atlanta, DC, and NJ.

I didn't read the entire thread summarize what you said about MY CITY

Pretty much said the city is growing. Milleneals are moving here. Budding food scene and stuff.

BIG negatives:
Mexican nationals in HEB who don't know the concept of personal space, stupid heat, white worshipping hispanics, lack of four seasons and lack of diversity is getting to me.

Born, raised, and LEFT! Currently in Dallas.

Only thing I miss there is the food. I still can't find a decent Mexican restaurant outside of SA. I used to appreciate the weather there because it's never extreme but then I saw snow for the first time :ohhh:. The lack of diversity is annoying as well. Fat Mexicans here and fat Mexicans over there. Just fat Mexicans eating up all the world's beans. And the graffitti...Mexicans still stuck in the past with all that tagging graffiti bullshyt. If I do move back there, it'll be in the outskirts like Stone Oaks or something.

Stone oak is nice and I like the restaurants in the area but the traffic sucks going out that way...the biggest I have with my city is the lack of diversity and the heat/humidity

Also a preppy black guy from the east coast doesn't fit in where everyone has a tattoo or piercings and think you're uppity for wearing an oxford shirt lol.

But Atlanta wasn't paying me I had to move. I'll just move again.

I was just there this past weekend. My boy moved there from Cali, but he mexican so it ain't too far a jump for him. Im too much of a city/coast person to live anywhere in the midwest. I've been twice, partied downtown last time I was there....it was aiiiiiite. SA ain't really my cup of tea
