Cheaper than la and SF. But still expensive. Tech is booming from what I hear. (Qualcomm hq is there as well).

I lived in Oceanside for 2 years and got out to San Diego every chance I had. If I could get passed the taxes I’d move back no hesitation.

Where in oceanside? I lived there growing up i the 90s... 1563 corte daniel oceanside ca was my address if you wanna see the house on google maps...shyt makes me wanna cry sometimes, the 90s were As a kid..was like 10 mins from the beach

One of my favorite places in this country to visit. I definitely envision myself retiring out there at the very least. Not a lot of African Americans there but there is a heavy East African population.

im from the east. i know all about snowstorms. hurricanes. if u have the chance to move up outta there u better seize it and run. also, wasn't it in texas that they had a flooding problem where people were displaced joel osteen didnt wanna open up his church?

so these two incidents are enough. not to mention the many instances i remember as a kid of houses in texas being flooded. complete whole houses under water. yea no.
