an amg benz for 41,000? I would make sure to get some kinda of extended warranty before buying though.

It's still got some of the original warranty on it, but yea.

Just got the carfax, looks like it was lemon-lawed in 2009 for a stereo issue.

:scusthov:

Will not buy.

Cars for Sale: 2009 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG in Phoenix, AZ 85050: Sedan Details - 326727528 - AutoTrader.com

Price looks DOPE for that year / that mileage. Haven't driven it yet, that's coming later today. If the Carfax looks good I'll probably pull the trigger. Anyone know any cons of this particular year / model?

Price looks a little aggressive. I know up here a C63 with about 40miles/60km is easily 42k CDN used.

Problems that I know of, when I was once looking at one are: ticking issue that there's a class action right now for this. Possibly faulty cams. Oil consumption/burning. Those are really the main two you'll read about. I mean every car is gonna have that 1 or 2 common problems, its more about being aware of it than anything. Very nice whip.

I am not a benz fan..it has the power because its a c63 but thats about it..handling is not great, the depreciation definitely is not good, how a car holds a value is one important thing I look at when purchasing cars..even the 550 didnt hold its value..but if you love it and you feel comfortable go for it, you only live once :manny:

This 2011 Audi S4 is only 43,000$, with 15k miles. You'll pull more honeys too.

At those numbers I would look into a 4 door m3. Whatever you choose please stay away from Audis.

Had an M3. It was cool but those engines lack torque which I'm looking for in my next car.

What's wrong with the Audi S4, breh?

Audi's In general to me are problematic. The DI (direct injection) Engines have a carbon problem, DRC suspension problems, oil consumption on the V8 engines,ABs, power steering, control arms, timing chain tensionners (v8) S4. Transmission on Automatics. etc...I went thru most german cars and they are by far the biggest PITA. If you want torque you can also look at the E55/E63 benz they are cheaper than the c63 pull like freight trains. Or go E39 M5 like I did :dj2:
