Thinking of joining the Military

There was some good and bad but I got the bag and I was mentally done with it
I wanted to get out before I got too attached to it. The military is a sheltered life in a sense

I exercise a lot and train bjj. That's probably the only things I actually like doing but it doesn't pay the bills. The physical work is one of the things I'm looking forward to. Is 27 that old? Do they fukk you up that bad?

Thats the age of the average staff sergeant whose almost halfway thru their 20 year career and has been around for a while

If you want to go to war, join up.
If you want to live the military life without being FORCED to go to war, become a US Contractor for the Army, Navy or Air Force.
You will have the OPTION of deploying to theater rather than be forced to.
You also won't have to deal with the typical BS the military have to go through during basic with some jackhole yelling at you and all the hazing bullshyt. While you will have to go through the civilian equivalences, they're not nearly as shytty as Basic...and you can beat the ever-living shyt outta someone if you want without getting put out for it.
You will have to be around active duty military, veterans and military civilians all the time during your new career though.
The best part...the pay.
If you stay stateside you make anywhere between 80k-140k.
Deploy...for any amount of time (1 month to 1 year+) and you can double that....guaranteed.
(I just got back from overseas and made 20k for just a months work.)
Check out CACI, KBR, Blackwater(hard to get with tho), GDIT and Northrop Grumman to start...
They all have military contracts and more than likely need bodies for all types of jobs and taskings.

This is totally untrue.
This is true too. My uncle worked out there for damn near a decade, plus your first 80k is tax free. He got my lazy ass cousin a job out there being a janitor make like 60-80k and he turned it down because he was scared. Check it out! They also have jobs at bases overseas in some cool places: Germany, Italy, Japan, etc. I was checking out what I can do once I’m done with my degree and I’m thinking of going to do nursing in Germany if I can.
