I mean this kid may be the first 7ft guard
But I think it's unlikely
A large part of your handle/ball control comes down to being able to get low on your dribble+quick changes in direction etc.

He has handles for a 7fter
But if this kid is bringing the ball up the court and being a primary ball handler on the upper levels(college-nba) I'd be surprised*

dribbling isn't a skill like say rebounding where intuition plays some part in it. Anyone can work on and improve their handle Thon will do just fine

He's tall as fukk
The ball has to travel a longer way from his hand and back
He would have to lower his dribble and even then it would still be higher than average

That plus the inhumane amount of lateral quickness and overall agility it takes to beat top tier defenders off the dribble *

Form equals function
Guards are guards because they move like cheetahs in and out the lanes and around defenders
Bigs are bigs they charge like fukking rhinos or some shyt in the paint throwing their weight around

Yeah it's not an absolute
