The Heat did it for the fire extinguishers around the country. A surprising turn of events there.

Nah, Carmelo's playing himself out of the superstar convo.

You can't just get roasted year after year and call yourself a superstar. THIS was a game the Knicks could have won if he played decent.

LeBron went out in the third in basically a tie game and Wade took over, not Carmelo.

Even with a dogshyt supporting cast, a superstar should be able to catch fire and win at least one game. Basketball is the sport that can be done in.

He had some serious talent around him in Denver too and they played mediocre during the regular season and that's why they were always stuck with the Spurs and Lakers in round one.

Time to put some blame on his shoulders.

And in that 4th quarter, dude was just escorting LeBron to the hoop.

It's just crazy. A year ago, it was songs like Stat and Melo

Now everyone wants him AND Amar'e gone.

I never said he was devoid of blame. There's a difference from being blameworthy and completely blameworthy. The audacity of people to say he's not a superstar is ridiculous. Wade took over because he was guarded by no one. A superstar can win you a game perhaps, but they won't perform was as the focal point of an incredible defense if no one else shows up. If those Lakers teams would've played the Spurs instead of the Suns, Kobe would've been swept out of those first rounds too. Look at how terrible LeBron played against the Celtics in 08 but the rest of his team stepped up. They were elite defensively. Without Amare, Lin and Shumpert, what exactly are the Knicks elite at?

Those Nuggets teams were winning 50 plus games every year in the regular season. Name the years that they were distinctly better than teams seeded above them. I'll wait.

No one but Breen is parroting for Melo gone in New Yrok. Tre stop making up storylines. I was sitting in NY last weekend chopping it up with people and listening to the radio. LeBron in the 4th quarter was FRESH. Melo had been out there for a minute. What did you want him to do? Hey Melo, you're going to work impossibly hard to score on offense because none of the rest of your squad can do anything and then we also want you to guard the best player in the world intensely. Get out of here Tre. You've never been a Melo supporter and were looking for a reason.

Knicks had a good run, if they had a couple of better pieces they couldve taken this game, shows how much the Heat can lack enthusiasm at times

This series is easy for us, so expect lackadaisical shyt at times. I don't like it, but it's the reality of it, we lose focus because of how weak the competition is and yet we still won by 17.

We played a Knick team earlier in the season that was on fire from 3 and still raped em.

That team ain't shyt.

Breen's not even parroting for Melo to be gone. What are you talking about? but Knicks fans are not pleased with how this shyt has worked out. The local analysts who were fiending for him to come here don't even want him here anymore and now you're gonna see Knicks fans follow suit more and more. They been tryna get rid of him since right around the beginning of Linsanity.

And I've never had a problem with Melo. I disliked Melo more as a Nugget just for being a Nugget. I don't have an issue with Melo. I've been very objective about him. What have I ever said about him that reeks of being a hater? That he sucks on defense?
