Damn, that’s pretty cool. Sucks that strip malls aren’t as economically viable as they used to be but maybe niche shopping centers like this might help bring a resurgence.
There’s quite a lot of wealthy Black folks in America and abroad. If more of them focused on things with long term benefits like this or like building supply chains between producers and consumers we would begin to see gradual change in our collective condition. Same type of shyt Malcolm and Garvey spoke on.

I was just about to start a thread on this.
As happy as I am that this couple did this, it's still sad that in 2025 this is a 1st.
But hopefully there's more Black owned shopping centers to come.
