You lazy ass nikkas can't even watch a 9 minute video? :what:

time is money breh...you know damn well unless that was some sort of twerk video or a controversial interview of a celebrity the coli collective wouldn't sit there for it

you could have at least summarized the theme of what she said

Are Ricans probably racist in PR i'm sure that she experienced it ..but this sounds like a long boring conversation with a girl who is interested in you and can't stop talking

I beg to differ. Hip hop is 75% African American and 20% Caribbean immigrant.
Black Pimps and hustlers have rapping WAYYY before hip hop.
Im not from NYC. Im not an old head from NYC. but its pretty well documented who was all there in the South Bronx. It was a heavily populated Puerto Rican area. A lot of them went to the same house parties, DJ'd, and were there. No one is taking away what the biggest aspect of Hip hop is. I'm not debating origins or influences. you asked why we claim it as our own too. And the answer is because Latinos were right alongside the pioneers. DJs, beat boxers, graffiti artist, and break dancers. My question is, whats the big deal? I love what NYC is, but unless you're a New Yorker from that time period, I don't think anyone can honestly debate this topic.

Joe Bataan released Rap-O-Clap. He's the king of Latin Soul. From Spanish Harlem. He's not even Latino, but is associated as one. He's an Afro-Filipino, who contributed to almost everything we know today about hip hop. Including the remixing of songs.

When did i say that?

Reading skills bruh. I'm answering a question. Not claiming who did what. Never claimed latins are responsible. Not once. Only that there were there at the start too. Thats it.

I you fail you realize that this was coincidental. Blacks and latinos were at each other's throat in gang warfare in the BX as too.

eh just more whiny speeches from negros struggling to be accepted.

What I find mind boggling is how much energy black folks put into giving two fuks what Puerto Ricans and Dominicans consider themselves.

I honestly could not careless if one of them looks like Alek Wek and sees an angelic blonde haired blue eyed soul when they look in the mirror.

It's not my business and not my problem. THey have absolutely no say in how the world is run and therefore is has no bearing on my existence whatsoever.
:pachaha:Dumbass posts like this always crack me up. Like what the point of jumping in a discussion just to tell people that you don't care about the topic. If you don't care about the topic, then why do you care if other people care? Take this billshyt somewhere else. This discussion has no bearing on your existence either, nobody asked you to care.

Never said that either.

But it seems like you find it hard to accept, that maybe just maybe. Not every black and PR were going at each other like that. And just enjoyed the scene together. Not everything is hate. And even if a lot of them were at odds, there were still some that were a part of that scene. And no one is taking credit for that. Just that, they were and saw it's beginnings too. Thats it.

So are admitting most men don't find black women attractive :what:

It's the sad reality. I don't know if you are trolling but you can say the same for Black males as well.

True, but for the most part it is a hit or miss relationship. A lot of people Especially those in the Northeast act like there is a some special bond between Blacks and PR when there is absolutely NOT!

You said Puerto Ricans aren't Black. I showed you some. And you're like "BUT BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT THE AVERAGE RICAN LOOKS LIKE".

Then you went from Black, to adding the "or mixed"

It doesn't matter. That don't mean that there aren't any Black Ricans. Just like America, some are Black, some are White, and some are mixed.

And FYI, most Ricans are mixed. However in PR the statistics are all skewed because they have a One Drop White Rule. Even tan Ricans are considered White down there. But most are mixed.

Man...whatever.

Cherry picking ass nikka :aiscust:

You picked a small, tiny segment of the Puerto Rican population and acted like you proved a point. That's as stupid as me picking some lightskinned mulatto and acting like the wide majority of Black people look like that. I been around Puerto Ricans all my life. I barely met any black/dark skinned ones. Fukk outta here.
