Trolling in general is the norm these days. Its not just TLR, and its not just race threads. Go to the Coliseum and almost half the front page is LWO vs Heat Nation, Bron vs Kobe, ATL v NY, etc. The Booth: Jay v Nas, Drake Stans, etc. TLR is race baiting or weird sexual threads.
