Haven't watched the videos yet, but I'm familiar with the cake.
1) Wasn't that done and played by a c00n black person? (Edit: Yep)
2) The Scandinavian countries have a seriously bizarre fixation with naming and branding products with something anti-black. It seems like every year a company there was forced to change their product's name because it had their language's version of the word "******" in it. And then there are the already mentioned blackface elves (Black Peter) in their version of Christmas.

the blackface characters the euros use is not the same as what whites over here use and there are not using it for the same purpose whites over here did. don't know about the cake but the black face and costume is of zwarte peat and according to their tradition he's st nicks helper and the blackface and nappy hair might of been cause he's a moore or from soot from hell or the chimney or something like that. anyhow it's quite interesting read more about it if you like

The artist who made this cake is an African. He made the cake ironically thinking that "This should cause shock and horror among Europeans no?". But nah. They ate the cake. And laughed while they were eating it! The artist proved his point.
