This may sound crazy to some of you but if I was a principal of a school like this I would have high vibrational music instrumentals that invokes happiness, positivity and success playing throughout the entire school.

Have it playing softly but loud enough to be heard on some subconscious ish.

I've always thought about this. Not saying it would cure all but I bet it would have an affect on behavior atleast in some.

Taking an extraordinary case like this and implying that this is the norm for predominantly black schools (this wouldn't have been posted from a Special Ed class on the North side), is untrue, harmful and extremely suspect from any supposed black posters.
