I had no ideal the Browns stadium was right next to the lake like that:ohhh:I thought it was out in the burbs or some sh*t.

Where's the natives at here on The Coli.. is that lake shoreline still dirty? Usually something like that would be prime real estate with high rise condos, restaurants, etc. If not maybe momentum from this 'ship and parade can help move the city into more positive developments in the future:ehh:

:blessed: I've lived here my whole life, downtown does have quite a bit going on. Yes, Brown's Stadium is right next to lake, Science Center and Rock Hall to the right of it. Progressive Field (baseball) and The Q (basketball, soccer, hockey, indoor football), is literally a mile or 2 down E.9th street from the Brown's Stadium. Yes, they do charge a fortune to live downtown. Yes, the lake is still dirty :mjcry:. We had The Flats District going in the early 90's, that has now been renovated with new business and ongoing construction.
