If you listen to stone colds recent podcast he does a breakdown of one of his matches with Kurt Angle. And he speaks on how people wondered "how he could take so many German suplexes with a messed up neck".

He revealed that, the German is actually one of the easiest bumps on the body u can take. It looks way worse than it is. Unless Brock is intentionally trying to hurt him for some reason he would be fine.
