Some fall off around the time kids hit the scene, as early as (18-21)

another significantly large portion fall off around (25-32) stress, bad diet, prescription pills probably play a role

but some mysteriously maintain a physique past their 40's.

The key is to take your girl to the gym with you, make it a thing that couples do together and once she sees the improvements she will enjoy it. Truth be told, a lot of females fall off cause their men fall off, if you make sure to stay active and be like "Lets go jogging/cycling" she'll have no choice.

If you do settle down, just make sure it's a female that is into fitness beforehand. Ex-athletes or track chicks are fantastic.
