Might look small but socal prices esp with that view, is over 300k. Might be the 661. My mom lives over there, its hella nice and quiet. Living in LA county is bullshyt now a days. Unless youre 25-35, its just useless to be over there with all that traffic. Small ass house for a half a mil to a mil. A nice new house by yourself no kids with that view, about 250k, for socal, id take it tbh.

Nice house. Nice property. I like the privacy and the space that place has. I would add more greenery in tho but that would probably send up my water bill. The pool area I can work with, I would eat my meals outside and fix that up. I would also knockout that wall in that master bed room and maybe bring more light into the room with more windows. Think about adding security cameras and maybe a sniper perch on the roofs. Overall its a nice struggle ranch as you call it. I look forward to seeing the changes, furniture and upgrades
