Espn is like EA and TNT is like 2k of basketball coverage. ESPN has all the resources but cant put together a decent group of analysts on a consistent basis. Why can't it be Jalen, Legs, and maybe Doug Collins? I didn't know avery Johnson was still around until today.

Yeah, but Ernie, Chuck, and Kenny are all infinitely more entertaining and have better personalities than whoever ESPN keeps throwing out there. Even the second rate/tier guys on TNT and NBATV shyt on what ESPN brings out there... Chris Webber, Sam Mitchell, Dennis Scott even, Kevin McHale when he used to be on, Brent Barry >>>>>>>>> Jon Barry... the best analyst ESPN has is Tim Legler and he's basically a second rate Steve Kerr.

i caught some of it last night when they were talking about the best centers.
this bill simmons clown said that joakim noah won a playoff series by himself last year.
has he ever heard of nate robinson? if any one player won that series, it was nate.
i dont know if its his white instincts to ignore nate robinson(cuz i know alot of white folks tend to hate players like him) or if he just doesnt know what hes talking about.

but i dont cosign the avery johnson comment. THAT MAN IS MADE FOR TELEVISION.
i like doris burke too. somebody dissed her in here. shes better doing college ball tho, but hey espn needs to just stick to college ball altogether. the nba never translated to espn/abc well.
they get knowledgeabgle people but its always going to pale in comparison to tnt which is not only the best halftime show in all of sports but often times is more entertaining then the game...
you need knowledgable people with big personalities... while i like bill simmons and hes really a true historian of the game he can be a blow hard when criticizing guys like dwight... you dont feel that way when charles does it because its more comedic and he has the stature to do it.
i think a jalen rose vs kobe centered halftime show could be the future for espn when kobe retires...
