Never had a flu shot, never had the flu. Don't even know when "flu season" is. I swear it seems like some people I know get the flu on an annual basis despite getting all those shots

Load up on multi vitamins and make sure your vitamin c levels are high. Personal Hygiene is also key to not get sick. I’ll be masked up cause last year I was sick like a dog for Christmas.

Tuesday night I felt like I had no energy at all and I thought it was because I caught this mystery flu but it turns out I just needed an hour of sleep.
