Maybe they could do different era's of hip hop. It doesn't have to be modern or present day hip hop .

If EA was going to be greedy with it they could release different eras as DLC. I hope they wouldn't go that route.

They could, but it was just something about that Era that the first two def jams came out in that just made the shyt go off right. To be honest I think they'd have to go with the current roster of rappers 'cause a game with rappers ain't gonna sell unless it's the most popular ones on some "Legends of the Mic" shyt and they gonna want a premium for licensing and all that. Regardless to all that, they need to either jump back on that AKI fighting system the first two had or create something totally different to the bullshyt that was in Icon.

I don't know who the fukk was in charge of that ship, but how in fukks name could they release that and think "Yup. This shyt done, let's start pressing copies" shyt was tepid booty juice bad.
