Y’all self defense ass nikkas need to go to the law library. Depending on where they at and the laws in that state play a huge factor. Some states it’s easier than others for self defense claims. Depending on where they at, she may have an on obligation to attempt to retreat before she could legally shoot him. Some states she wouldn’t have to.
seems like she is at home, he keeps coming towards her, she keeps asking him to leave, he refuses, physically threatens her while going towards her...
