There could be a joke here, somewhere. But it could also be a put on. Someone could have just placed words on a simple picture and make it look like as if there is some clever and hidden joke to be found out when really there isn't.
Similar to the rather unfunny meme of dudes taking pictures of females and writing "This used to be a dude" To trick people into thinking said actual woman is a really convincing transvestite which in turn causes paranoia and confusion on some bullshyt prank levels.
Either way it's unfunny and you shouldn't lose sleep over it.
