nikkas skip leg days because that shyt is tough if you doing em right.

And nah, you can’t be even halfway decent looking without doin legs. Hoes will notice and comment on your legs being trash if your upper body is decent

Plus in time you’ll start to notice the disparity as well, lookin in the mirror at your full body like :patrice: I need to do better with the wheels

You're better off running or doing plyometrics than squats for bigger calf muscles.

You'll gain a ton of strength doing squats though.

that shyt is torture. I'll do a few leg extensions and leg curls and call it a day.

Plus the only people that should see your thighs are bytches you fukkin :dame: and they give no fukks about how your legs look when she staring at your amazing upper body

nah bruh...I do legs Sunday morning and I enjoy that shyt :yeshrug:
I aint doing no 405...I go for reps - 100 reps or as close as I can get to 100 before I wave the white flag- minimum 200 up to 300

I LOVE LEG DAY! I've had women in the gym watch me squat and I'm a smaller dude 147lbs. I've been slacking recently but when I was all in I was maxing 295lbs squats. I don't work out for women though because it's more satisfying to reach personal goals brehs.
