For people working out for strictly aesthetic reasons though, you’re only trying to take the upper body so far anyway.

Past my little squat.

You can't train legs and skate.
Tried to do it and popped some shyt and had to take a long time off from skating and doing legs.

Now I just squat what I curl.

My body can not take doing an Ollie and having a body builder leg routine. shyt is begging for another injury.

Glad I am healed now but I know wtf this dude is saying and I feel him tho.
He has an ignorantly brilliant point.

Only thing that sucks is once your legs really begin to grow, finding decent pants becomes challenging. Especially if you black:francis:

Yeah he does leg shyt. I saw a video of him doing deadlifts with normal plates instead of bumper plates and it low key pissed me off

Especially when I see women doing them all the time and it nakes it look like they’re actually they’re doing shyt when they post it on IG

When in actuality theyre lifting those 2.5lb weights thar are smaller than a fukking saucer IRL:martin:


If you’re a man using bumper plates under 45lbs it better be strictly for Olympic lifts or something that requires you to drop the weight..
