This Iguodala high school highlight clip is why I don't take highlight vids serious

Now mind you, this is a "best of" that somebody put together. Some nice plays, but nothing otherworldly spectacular. I mean, you wouldn't look at this clip and think "He's gonna be in the NBA one day" let alone, Finals MVP.

Fast forward to today and we see random video clips of high school players doing insane dunks and crossovers that would put Iguodala's video to shame. Many of those guys won't even sniff the league.

Yes I would. Just pure potential wise, he looked as good as just about any high school player I've ever seen.

All those plays came on Bradley University floor. Clearly that was just a highlight film compiled while at a tournament or at state or something. I hope you didn't think the best Iggy had to offer his whole high school career was a 2 min "Best of..." compiled over one weekend

Even if we did go by this tape alone, he looks legit still. Not every school is Montverde, where all the best players you'll ever see in high school are on one floor. At any regular high school game, if that Iggy showed up, you'd be going crazy at what you just saw a "high school kid" do.
