Yes and No

Two-Spirit people are mostly with the native people
It used to be only natives that were called two-spirits, but i've seen white kids claim that too

Two-Spirits is a native that is both two spirits, one man and one woman
But not in the same sense as in the western sense
It's mostly because native tribes have other words that are different than what we see as man or woman
So sometimes a man was both a laundry person but also a hunter, or both a hunter and a cook
While maybe a woman was both a hunter and a weaver
But there were same-sex relationships with these people but that wasn't the rule.
My company made me take a quiz on this, that's how I know

If I was native I would not want 2S to be associated with the LGBTQ, seems ridiculous to me and counter-productive as far as heritage preservation goes.
