I couldn't make it past the warning to that video of the people jumping :to:

I remembered this too vividly when it happened though I'm in the West Coast. I had a lot of friends of middle-eastern decent and seeing the bullshyt they had to go through after really was like some pre-civil rights shyt us blacks had to dealt with. It was disgusting .

I never believed it was a "stunt" by our government or an excuse to go to another war that was mostly pointless. However , America pre 9/11's patriotism was extremely low. Many people really didn't give a fukk about the freedom they had in this country and to be an American before those Towers Crashed. The Gulf War in '91 made a lot of people dismiss the Military. 9/11 gave the U.S. Military a shot in the arm the Government was thirsting for for a long time. Despite coming at a cost :wow:

Im pretty sure after a couple thousand feet, you asphixiate and pass out from lack of oxygen. may be wrong :manny:
Stick your head out a car window while it,s going about 100-120 mph.. That's the closest you'll get to feeling how difficult it was for the jumpers to breathe when they leapt from the building :to: the only "positive" side is that they felt no pain upon impact...

Black excellence. :banderas:
Also in the HS I went to which was mostly black, the teacher told us the kids didn't harass the students of Middle Eastern descent :salute:

Anyone has harassed Middle Eastern ppl in NY because of 9/11 is a idiot, I mean odds are they had no connection to Osama and them :what:

I'll never understand the logic of some people :snoop:

Grammy award winning singer Patti Austin was booked on United Flight 93 on September 11, 2001, from Boston to San Francisco. However, she had to change the flight to a day earlier because her mother had a stroke. Therefore, she was moved from performing the second night of the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in New York City, to the first night

In 2000, Julie Stoffer was a cast member on MTV’s reality television series “The Real World: New Orleans,” the ninth season of The Real World series.
On the morning of September 11, 2001, Stoffer was booked on American Airlines Flight 11, from Boston to LA. But due to a fight with her boyfriend, Stoffer missed the flight. Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center, killing everyone on board.

On September 11, 2001, Thorpe was out for a jog and intended to go to the observation deck at the World Trade Centre, when he realized he had forgotten his camera. He hailed a cab and asked the cabbie to take him to his hotel, so he could get it. He returned to his hotel room and happened to turn on the TV where he saw the North Tower of the World Trade Center on fire.

On September 11, 2001, he and some friends were scheduled to fly on American Airlines Flight 11, from Boston to Los Angeles. At the last minute they changed their plans and decided to charter a plane to Toronto, Canada, for a film festival

Sarah Ferguson
. Ferguson’s charity, “Chances for Children,” was located on the 101st floor of 1 World Trade Center. She was scheduled to be in the building with the charity but she was running late.
Wow, didn't know any of this. :ohhh:Crazy.

Adding to this, John Thompson was supposed to be on Flight 77.
Former Georgetown University basketball coach John Thompson had originally booked a ticket on Flight 77. As he would tell the story many times in the following years, including a September 12, 2011 interview on Jim Rome's radio show, he had been scheduled to appear on that show on September 12, 2001. Thompson was planning to be in Las Vegas for a friend's birthday on September 13, and initially insisted on traveling to Rome's Los Angeles studio on the 11th. However, this did not work for the show, which wanted him to travel on the day of the show. After a Rome staffer personally assured Thompson that he would be able to travel from Los Angeles to Las Vegas immediately after the show, Thompson changed his travel plans. He felt the impact from the crash at his home near the Pentagon.

I'll NEVER forget what I was doing that day, even with the fact that I was a kid. I think that EVERYONE remember what they where doing.

Where I live, DBZ was broadcasted in the morning. So, while I was in class, my mom recorded it for me everyday.

So, I got home, all :gladbron: to see the episode, it was Majin Boo saga and shyt. When I turn the Tv on, my mom says that it probably had not been broadcasted, because of some accident that the news was showing without stop.

So I start to see the record tape, and NOT A SINGLE ANIME WAS SHOW during the entire damn morning. The only thing that I saw over the whole recorded tape was a building smoking without stop...

I remember me mad as shyt the whole day cuz I lost that DBZ episode...

.
Odds are this guy would have still lived even if he didn't forget his camera.. the obs deck was on the South Tower and it didn't open until like 9AM IIRC, and that tower got hit by the second plane :manny:

I'm sure they wouldn't have opened it that day even if the South Tower never got attacked, the smoke would be blocking the view and it would just be tacky.

He did a podcast called The Champs a while back and he said he used to be stock broker at the WTC and he didn't go to work that day.

Nuts.

how was he a stock broker in 2001 when he was in mad flicks in the late 90s?
