You a real one. I could tell just off this post. The thing though is that they will undoubtedly affect you whether you like it or not. Whether it's through the masses, snide remaks, annoying attitude, but most importantly these people will ensure that we don't progress. Think about it, how are situations like the one in baltimore still happening???
I literally can't understand that fact without coming to the conclusion that humans are just stupid creatures that are very easy to control.
It's taken years of conditioning to get us to this point. Intelligence can help fight that control and promote progress, but people have to want to learn. Our general population here in the US thinks school is all it takes to become educated, but they don't realize life in itself is nothing but a huge learning process. Chasing and acquiring knowledge will make you more prepared for all challenges you face down the road. People don't think that way, and that's the issue.

his son didn't get the cough, that was later in the movie and it was his sons son, his son grew up to be a backwards simpleton that was ignorant even of his children's health, while his daughter became a scientist and space colonization became possible from her discovery
