I prefer natural hair.

However, the effort that woman put into her wig shows. It looked nice.

To the point of this thread, the average woman is not putting in half the effort/money into their wigs.

OP probably posted top tier wig work.

Women really need to realize that men would have sex with nearly anything, but cuff only a select few. You may have been rocking a hair hat, sure, but a man is not trying to put you on game by any means if he's just trying to have sex with you. A man will keep a side piece with a hair piece forever. The conversation surrounding a natural look doesn't come until a man deems a woman worthy to even bother. In reality, a lot of black men have to deal with the deprogramming because for some reason, a lot of black women haven't stopped and thought to themselves, why AM I going great lengths to literally cover up my hair with a type of hair that is not of my people.

Here’s the thing- many of y’all associate “hair hats” with ghetto culture.


When you walk into a room filled with attractive, educated women who know how to cook and keep a home you gonna relegate them all to jump off status because of their hair?

NO.

Many (no, not all ) women rock straight styles because of their work environments.


Had brunch at Four Seasons not too long ago and while most of the younger women in my family had natural styles, a solid half of the Black women present, including staff, had straight/curly hair (not necessarily weave). I mention that because very *few* ladies were out of place. Plenty of dignified Black women still happen to wear straight styles are are married/coupled with brehs.

Like I said before, the women in my circle with the most successful hubbies are oddly the ones who rock more weave/wigs than the rest of us. Why? Because their husbands didn’t didn’t see curd girls rocking weaves and turn them away. Lol They still dated them, valued them for more than their looks and married them.
