the wire had moments when it would get dull. GOT literally never has that. show is an hour long, but feels like it goes by 20 minutes.

this week i saw season 1 in blueray and season2 in hd back to back and fukk...
Got is filled with moments like that almost every episode. So many scenes are just outright tedious. I'm literally bored out of my mind in parts.

Your going to have to wait until season 5 to proclaim it the best. Because it all depends on what happens after Tyrions trial. Every HBO show has dull moments though.... except True Blood

Personally, I'd say 'The Wire' is the most consistent piece of TV in history. Not my favourite exactly, but still the best if I was being objective.

i actually haven't even watched Game Of Thrones yet and i'm not really in a rush to see it.
strange that most people i know couldn't believe i didn't watch it or have any really desire to watch it when i sort of acted similar when i found out some of them had no real interest in watching Mad Men.
as long as its not on over the top some Lord Of the Rings fantasy shyt and if it's even close to Rome i will probably enjoy it.
i will eventually get round to it once i finish Justified or wait for the 2nd season on blu-ray so i can get both at the same time.

Most of Dany's parts in season 2 was boring as hell. Same as in the books until she goes into the House of the Undying.
Wire is the goat but this will be a contender one day
