Champions League teams do travel some distance for games. Flying to Moscow, Turkey, or Cyprus. Yes, it's not as far, but they are used to traveling.

That's like once a month though tops. Most teams are not traveling the equivalent of the Atlantic ocean (even further for west coast games) every week. France, Germany, Holland, UK, Spain, Italy not that far away from each other.

But they dont play every week. Those fixtures are spread out. and again...its not flying across the ocean. Most places across Europe are a short flight.
