The Italian "justice system" was a fukking joke and the trial proved it. Contaminated evidence, multi day interrogation in a language she didn't fully understand with no lawyer, salacious rumors being repeated in court, the prosecution going full satanic panic, journalists publishing Amanda's diary before the trial, etc.
