I don't know about ya'll but i always felt differently about a mass shooter who targets people of a specific race, versus nut jobs who just go on a random rampage.
They both should be given the chair, but to me one is evil and one is just crazy. either way too dangerous to ever be around regular people again.

The white dude traveled specifically to a black area with the intent to kill as many black people as he could find.
