This is the basic requirement list every women should have when selecting a man

Yeah but that all depends on perspective. You have women who are happy in an unconventional relationship like an open one or who is with what you might consider a bum or even a homeless guy. It's best to roll with an open mind as long as that person isn't going to be problematic to your life where theyre bringing you down or leaving you worst off than you were before you came to them.

There are multiple married and long term committed women out their all with their own list to chose from. If one isnt working then pick a list from another long term committed and married woman and follow it. Married and committed women are not rare.

These single women can talk to multiple women who are in successful relationships and get a basic list from any one of these women and then use it to find a man.

Common sense would tell you this.

My track record is fine.

The women Im advising these women to get a list from track record is definitly fine since they are in a happy and successful relationship.
