Careers hardly end in this new generation. This is the generation that extends careers. The thing about nobody caring about rap rules, is that nobody cares about rap rules. So while there's a lot of fraudulent shyt going on in rap, it's a double edged sword because no career is ending over rap beef because there are no rules.

People laugh today at Meek. He drops some heat tomorrow and they'll all be again.

People don't get their careers ended by rap beef anymore.

Which is why when people kept saying last year "Drake ended Meek", I didn't buy it. These kids let Drake get away with ghostwriting, references, getting pissed on, and engaging in rap beefs without writing lyrics, they'll also let Meek get away with "losing" a rap beef.
