I'm sure it's been stated but he is obviously using steroids. That puffiness is a side effect.
Why is his neck wider than his head? 
Hes juicing with a shyt diet. Steroids cause wild water retention...thats why hes all bloated in the face.

First off, I was referring to the average beta human being who does not lift, I've seen them cower in fear and respect me much more now than before, and that's about 90% of peeps right there. Second, my idea of an alpha male is a rich muscular and extremely strong, I'm working towards that. Third, I'm not even that fat, everyone around me compliments me on size and feeds my ego further, my muscle is hard as rock and cannot pinch any fat. I'm also 100% natty brah so it's hard to be lean at 240+.
