Yup, shyt happens. I'm waiting for that to happen to Bronzeville here in Chicago. Great, historic buildings but surrounded by nonsense ass neighborhoods. Old castle-like buildings with 4-6 beds and 2-3 baths for 200k-400k. That won't be forever if development moves in right next door.
