I agree with you to some degree but like @BrehWyatt said it's all relative. If $10K aint nothing to him then let it be. I'm sure millionaires drop $10K on random side chicks all the time. Not saying doggy is a millionaire but people will do that they can afford to do. Is he raising the bar and expectations while enabling these chicks? Yes. But again let the breh cook.

I recently had a similar issue with a chick i met. Mind you this was in a 3rd world country where the littlest amount of money to us (again, relative/perspective) is a boat load of money to them. But i was in Ivory Coast kicking it with my homeboy and this chick I was fukking and a few other people. While we were fooling around I accidentally dropped her phone. Her phone was already all fukked up anyway with all kinds of cracks all over the screen but the drop added another tiny crack to the screen. They were like "it's no big deal everyone's phone over there is jacked up" but I was like "no biggie babe, i'll just buy you another phone. Besides that shyt old as fukk. " (Samsung Galaxy S2 from 2010).
My homeboy who was with us laughed at it at first but later on he sorta mentioned something to the effect that he didnt want me to get her a phone. A few weeks later I came back to the U.S. and hollered at him on whatsApp asking him for his sister's address in NY. His sister was supposed to go to Ivory COast the next week so i wanted to send her the gift replacement phone and she could in turn deliver it to the chick i promised the phone to. And homie AGAIN made it clear to me that he didnt not approve of me buying this chick phone because it's "a lot of money blah blah blah and she may lose it anyway since shes always losing her phones blah blah blah and that if it's a brand new phone she might sell it and take the money instead blah blah blah."
Dude was coming up with every reason he could think of to dissuade me from giving her the phone. I'm like...breh why do you care so much about something that has nothing to do with you other than you're the one who introduced me to the brawd ?:dahell:

But there is also the other angle @nikkahs B. Wildin brought up which never crossed my mind but males all the sense in the world if homei is really a drug dealer. See Below Spoiler.

If @nikkahs B. Wildin thought of that with one Instagram post, don’t you think the feds would think of that too? Also advertising gifting(or receiving) that large some of money over the internet is dumb .

Having money isn't a crime :manny: now getting stopped by an officer with large amounts of money is very dangerous due to civil asset forfeiture. Basically the police can arrest you and confiscate your cash if they believe it's crime related. You have to sue to get it back.

Unless they receive a tip for which they obtain a warrant or the business misfiles their taxes which isn't even a local police issue, the cops basically have to wait and watch until someone entering or exiting the business fukks up. Or set up a sting where they try to by drugs or guns from the shop.

I just hope her first trip was straight to the bank to make a deposit, but being as the party was likely after 6pm when banks are closed and or on a weekend, it's safe to say she risked having it seized.

I agree with that. But i dont think Feds are looking into every random cat that posts money on IG to determine where that cash came from unless they were already under investigation.

Personally i dont believe in carrying large amount of cash on me. Anything over $200 i'm usually :hubie: status

Because it does nothing but heighten the entitlement of chicks when stuff like this start to trend online. Regular broads(non celebrities) are looking at the next man for this type of treatment. You shouldn't be giving no woman that is not your long time wife that kind of bread dog, when that could be used to secure your interest and the interest of your future and/or current family. That is investing, house down payment, buisness starting type of money that you just giving to a chick who can leave you and spend it easily on the next nikka tomorrow.

It also continues the practice of our people continuously trying to outdo and compete with each other rather than being smarter with your money. Of course not everybody subscribes to that thinking but it doesn't help with our impressionable community.

I feel where you're coming from on most everything in this post. My take was basically … I try not to worry about what the next man does with his cash, and I try not to deal with women who expect that sort of behavior from me. If he has it like that, so be it.

If he got 10K lying around to give it away … then I'm sure he's not worried about 10K.

So why should we be?
Because these people who we don't know affect our lives in someway. They give bytches hope and dreams and we can't have that. Gotta keep these hoes grounded in reality and make sure they know they place. These simpin ass dudes are messing up the game for us real nikkas.

No it's not a crime, but it can invite others to look at your finances and your dealings on how you acquired that money(especially if they have a reason to look.). . Damn near all income is taxable. Also, if she doesn't want to be audited she wouldn't put the entire 10gs in the bank. Basically if he is into what you think he is into that would be stupid as fukk to put that out there in the internet like that. So i would lean more into the simp shyt, unless you know something i don't know :yeshrug:.

At the end of the day he can do what the fukk with his money, so i dont' really care, but this is a forum and discuss these type of things things.

It's 2019. Everything is on the Internet. Young kids doing drugs and flashing guns just because "it's cool". Thinking they are untouchable.

Unless he saved up 10gs in a piggy bank, the only rational way to justify him handing over 10gs for business purposed would be in some form of a check or money order. Granted it doesn't have the flair. For all intents and purposes it would achieve the same effect, if it was for the business.
