Please cite anything that says any person has to look up to someone else. Certainly there's a book, a bill, a law, some religious text. +10 if you can show where it designates who is and isn't to be looked up to.

As much as I enjoyed it while I was young, rap is a dumpster fire 'music form' that needs to disappear. The bar for it is so low, it allows anyone who can yell at a mic to push whatever deviance is on their minds. How much kill and thot music has been made is insane. Rap is one of the few musical forms where if you make positive music, it's looked at as corny

OP

There's a Black woman on the Supreme Court, in the Vice President's chair, and Beyonce just closed a tour that reinforced her as one of the biggest stars on the planet.

Hardly think that thot-rappers are who young women and girls look up to.
Type of threads you'd see on a white supremacist forum. But don't expect these dudes to get this. Their opinion of the community is so low that the worst of the community is always at the forefront of their viewpoints.

I'll bite. None of these 2 have more influence than Beyonce (or Red). If you were to walk up and ask a random black girl on the street who Ketanji Brown Jackson was, she most likely wouldn't be able to tell you. Music entertainment is the greatest soft power there is

We gotta stop underestimating how much influence these artists have
Case in point. Look at this bullshyt. Somebody tells him about positivity among a group and the first thing he says is, but these rappers.

And clowns dap him up. That's why I don't let you fake ass militants tell me shyt on here. Every angle you approach the community from is dipped in negativity. You literally never have anything positive to discuss. Imagine having such a low opinion of someone that you think they're too stupid to differentiate between the influence of a rapper vs the influence of a supreme court justice and a top selling artist.

That's pro black? :deadrose:

If raised properly, they should be looking up to their parents and older siblings if they have any. I didn't start looking up to any celebrity until I found a passion for making music

If children are looking up to rappers in the first place, it's because the parents have failed them.

Nah fukk all that. But These Rappers! Right @Hoodoo Child ?

Beyonce aint no better

Look at this bullshyt here. More negativity presented as 'knowledge'.

i think youre probably confusing little boys with little men lol.
aint no little kids listening to andre tate or whoever tf babble on about women lol.

You're using common sense in a senseless thread. Beware.
