Dude is Eddie Hearns show pony. Nothing more nothing less. Y’all remember when the basketball coaches at school would hallway scout telling every tall nikka he should tryout? I do…That’s what Aj is…he’s not a very good boxer, he just has all the physical tools. He’s robotic and technical just like someone who’s boxed a few years would be. He has no true defining style nor does he have a fighters mentality. He was built in the boardroom and marketed to the British public extremely well. He needs to go fight Deontay and call it a day. That’s the only way he’ll get a 3rd shot at Uysk. If the WBC runs wilder v Joshua as a WBC eliminator and uses that as a precursor to a unification bout. Where Usyk beats him again and becomes unified champ.

shyt on a black man for having a public mental breakdown :francis:

That's what I'm saying. I hope dude is alright and has some good support around him, because that whole sequence with the belts and this speech raises more red flags with me every time I watch it. His public perception has been taking hits ever since he called out Lennox Lewis foe always criticizing him. From the losses to Ruiz/Usyk to his protesting against police brutality, he's been under a lot of scrutiny.

because most of his issues are in his mind.

he needs to get those muppet trainers out of his corner and get a steward-ite or a mayweather in his corner.

someone needs to slap some sense into him. feed him raw meat or something.

AJ holds usyk - usyk pushes him off. AJ releases him and steps back to fighting distance.

Usyk holds AJ in round 9 - joshua does not push him off and gives him time to rest.

someone has to get his mind right.

that muppet Hearn has to be kept away until the 3rd fight is over ...

Joshua lacks that vicious, tactical instinct

AJ is manufactured and is not being himself.

Never noticed before this fight :hubie:. Will probably never notice again :yeshrug:

They need to have a 3rd fight.

Honestly, what I think happened: I don't think it has anything to do with C.T.E or none of that.

Dude was pissed that he lost after giving it so much hard work. Stormed off after the decision but didn't want to look like a sore sport so dude went on a whole ass voyage after the fight to cover it up. Dude was trying to be humble after the fight while also being pissed that he lost.

From that video you can tell the guy is just disappointed that he came up short, which at the end of the day you can't really blame him because you're supposed to take your shot.

I said it in the other thread, you can have all the skills and athleticism in the world but what is absolutely necessary for a fighter to take that next step and be special or an all-time great is the ability to take a punch. Having the ability to take a punch makes everything else easier if you're a fighter. In comparison Usyk is much more tankier and can take shots as well as he can evade them. I think dude went very far despite having a glass jaw.

he was spouting homelander PR babble throughout that press conference when it was clear that he didn't really mean it.

all with that plastic muppet hearn alongside him to cover for him when he got lost.

it was clear that it was all PR and low quality PR at that.

AJ has also tried hard to hide his roadman connects over the years but he failed on that last night.

I am from london too.
